Welcome to Penco Builders Ltd. 

The company was founded in 2013 by a husband and wife team. Greg's passion for construction and Marze's experience in many professional roles bring value to the business, and we can cover all aspects, from design to execution, with optimal results.  We are committed to providing excellent customer-focused service to residential communities throughout the New Forest and Winchester areas at competitive prices. Over the years, we have built long-lasting relationships with our customers through our commitment to friendly, professional service and attention to detail. 

Many factors must be carefully considered before any building work can be undertaken. We will guide you through each step, from initial designs and planning applications to project completion. We offer a full building service and will help you with all projects, including extensions, garage conversions, wall alternations, and kitchen and bathroom refurbishment.

Most of our work comes from referrals, as word of mouth remains one of the most powerful agents of our sustainable growth.  In addition, we are proud  Members of Rated People and My Builder, where homeowners just like you rate us on quality, reliability and value for money.  

We are also registered Members of the Federation of Master Builders and have a TrustMark accreditation. 

TrustMark is a government-endorsed scheme that provides the public with a list of companies with reputable track records. These companies have been sourced and investigated to establish the nature of their service history. Before membership approval, Trustmark will investigate a company’s financial status and trade consistency. Trustmark also undertakes onsite visits to prospective members to verify the quality and standard of workmanship and product procedures. 

The Federation of Master Builders is the largest trade association in the UK building industry and one of the bodies chosen by the government to be at the heart of its TrustMark scheme, designed to restore consumer faith in tradesmen. Its approved builders are also recommended by councils across the UK.
